The Internet Grid respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. By uploading content, you represent that you own or have permission to use the content.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URL/coordinates on our grid)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- Good faith belief statement that use is not authorized
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed content and its previous location
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was mistake
- Your contact information
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. A user is considered a repeat infringer after receiving 3 valid DMCA notices.
5. Content Moderation
We review all uploads before approval. However, we cannot monitor all content in real-time. Report violations promptly.
6. Disclaimer
We are a service provider under DMCA Section 512. We do not actively monitor content for infringement but will respond expeditiously to valid notices.
