Account Information: Email address, Google profile data (name, avatar), username you choose

Payment Information: Processed by PayPal. We do NOT store credit card details

Content: Images you upload to your squares

Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (for security and analytics)

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process payments and prevent fraud
  • To display your profile and squares to other users
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To enforce our Terms of Service
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • PayPal: For payment processing
  • Supabase: For database hosting
  • Google: For authentication (only during login)
  • Law enforcement: When legally required

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Supabase servers (US-based). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of certain processing

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do NOT use tracking cookies for advertising. PayPal may set cookies during payment processing per their policy.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us immediately to delete the information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it. Purchased squares remain visible but are anonymized.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
