By accessing or using The Internet Grid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

The Internet Grid provides a digital canvas where users can purchase virtual squares for display purposes. Each square is a non-transferable digital space subject to these terms.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • Each square costs $1.00 USD payable via PayPal
  • All sales are final. No refunds except where required by law
  • Squares are non-transferable and cannot be resold
  • We reserve the right to remove content violating our policies without refund
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

4. Content Guidelines

Uploaded images must NOT contain:

  • Illegal content, child exploitation, or non-consensual imagery
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Explicit sexual content or nudity
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive practices
  • Copyrighted material you don't own
  • Personal information of others (doxxing)

We review all uploads and reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to display the image on our platform. You represent that you have rights to upload the content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US ($1.00 USD PER SQUARE).

8. Governing Law
